We are pleased to introduce St. Francis Borgia, our newest statue to the CatholicSculpture family. Available in both 39" tall and 11" tall figurine. Both sizes are made of genuine cold-cast bronze. St. Borgia is depicted here in stride, looking slightly up and away into the distance he is striding past the temptations of power, wealth, and being offered the red hat of cardinal on three separate occasions. These are represented by the three hats, the crown and sword at his feet. In his hand is a rustic rosary of the kind he preferred to fashion himself from twigs and nutshells. While St. Francis Borgia was the third superior general of the Society of Jesus, his effectiveness as a leader caused him to be called the 'Second Ignatius'. Lead time shown is for the 11" inch version. The larger 39" version is ready in 3-4 weeks.
